The Stacks
The project is a mixed-use, multi-family housing unit. This design is made with daylighting as the focal point. Optimal lighting for facades of units was a must, with views all around the south. It features a courtyard with amenities for residents and retail shopping street-side. The stacking form helped develop the shape of the building as well as the units within, creating voids for daylight and wind flow-year round.
